Fraud

I would first like to say if anyone knows who the makers are I would like to know I have a friend who is a lawyer and I want to see if there is anything I can do legally to get my money back or at least shut this app down. This app is a fraud it doesnt do anything and the maker charges $5.99 for it which is B.S because the discription makes it sound like its a real tracker which is false advertisement. I dont understand why apple hasnt shut this app down if so many people have put in the complaints.
